If you’re new to mindfulness meditation (or just can’t seem to get it to stick), the best place to start is with one of our structured beginner’s courses.
Each course takes place in a small group with a senior facilitator who will explain in-depth theory and lead you through different mindful exercises. This format has been proven to be the most effective way at adopting a lasting meditation routine.
