Featuring different quartz crystal bowls and drums tuned to different auditory frequencies, certified Sound Practitioner and recording engineer Ruthann Clayton takes you through a blissful hour-long live journey of immersive sound and light therapy that dramatically releases tension and mental unrest.

Ground yourself with hot stone restorative yoga.

Finish off your afternoon with the deeply relaxing and nurturing experience of hot stone restorative yoga. You will be guided into deeply soothing restorative postures using blankets, bolsters, and blocks. As you begin to relax and descend into comfort, hot volcanic stones will then be gently placed on your body. Warmth will travel through you, opening and balancing the energy flow in your entire body. You will leave feeling calm, clear and grounded in a state of peace.
