Stop, Drop and Breathe

Learn actionable techniques to immediately recognize and dissolve stress in the moment, from breathing exercises to taking a mindful minute.

SELF-AWARENESS

Understand and change your stress cycle – from better recognizing triggers to re-wiring your brain’s automatic response to them. Uncover your inner critical narratives and learn to silence these voices.

WEEK 3

The Stoic Mindset

Learn the fundamentals of Stoic philosophy – used for thousands of years by the world’s top performers (from Roman emperors to championship NFL teams) to develop a foundation of unshakeable resilience.

WEEK 4

Building Resilience

Go deeper on Stoicism, understand how self-compassion strengthens resilience, and take away actionable workplace mindfulness strategies. Bring it all together to meaningfully reduce stress over time.

About your facilitator

Sean Finnell is MINDSET’s co-founder and lead corporate mindfulness trainer. Sean’s unique take on mindfulness emphasizes strengthening cognitive performance, emotional intelligence, and resilience through viewing the practice as a mental exercise.

Highly-knowledgable in mindfulness theory and Stoicism, Sean has led hundreds of guided meditations and corporate trainings. His corporate clients include executives at BMO, TD, PwC, McKinsey & Co., Deloitte, Adidas, and more. He has served as an authority on mindfulness in media outlets such as The Globe & Mail, National Post, Toronto Star, and Global News.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and two certificates in Applied Mindfulness Meditation from the University of Toronto.
