MINDSET’s foundational 4-week beginners mindfulness program. You’ll receive best-in-class guidance – ensuring that you complete the program with a life-changing mindset that meaningfully reduces stress and anxiety.
WEEK 1

Just Breathe

Learn the basics behind mindfulness meditation and its foundational exercises, understand its effects on the body and mind, and begin to take back control of your attention.

WEEK 2

Quieting the Chatter

Better understand how your mind functions and be more aware of wandering, bias, and negative thought patterns. Strengthen your attention – creating space to find the stillness in between your thoughts to foster energy, creativity, and clarity.

WEEK 3

Managing Emotions

Better understand the nature of your emotions, their triggers, and where they can linger in the body in the form of tension and cortisol. Cultivate resilience, confidence and optimism. Stay cool in the face of your greatest challenges.

WEEK 4

Building Momentum

Learn how to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life to keep up a regular practice and sustain a lasting transformation if your everyday happiness.

About your facilitator

Sarah Kraftchuk is MINDSET’s senior mindfulness facilitator. Deeply experienced and highly-knowledgable in mindfulness theory, Sarah has led hundreds of guided meditations for over a thousand clients at our studio and in offices across Toronto. Embracing an approachable style, Sarah loves to guide beginners in starting (and sticking with) their mindfulness practice.

Sarah holds a Master of Science in Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and Clinical Applications from King’s College in London, U.K., and is a certified meditation (MTT-200), breathwork, and yoga (RYT-200) teacher.
