Sarah Kraftchuk is MINDSET’s senior mindfulness facilitator. Deeply experienced in mindfulness practice, Sarah has led hundreds of guided mindfulness meditations at MINDSET brain gym. Sarah holds a MSc in Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and Clinical Applications from King’s College, an RYT-200 designation, and a MTT-200 designation.
